What is a food trail?
The tour created by L’Erba del Re, designed to help you discover the real, authentic Modena. You can choose an itinerary dedicated to taste, historical culture, or the land of motors.
You will discover the gastronomic excellences of our territory, from raw ingredients to Cuisine; you will learn about the history and culture of Modena through its porticoes and streets. Finally, you will be thrilled by visits to the most famous automotive Companies of our motor valley. Modena is a Brand and we want to tell you all about it.
Food
A morning dedicated to discovering two of Modena's most iconic products: Parmigiano-Reggiano PDO and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO. The experience includes a private visit to a dairy with tasting, the opening of a wheel of cheese by the cheesemaker, and a private guided tour of a traditional Modenese vinegar cellar (acetaia).
