We like to define the entrance of L’Erba del Re as a relaxing drawing room.
A welcoming space wrapped in warm pastel tones, enriched with sumptuous textiles and parquetry flooring offering the comfort of armchairs and inviting you to view the works of local artists on display and peruse the many books of art and cuisine.
An elegant and discreet atmosphere, designed to welcome guests, where every detail is designed to offer a unique experience that allows space and time to appreciate the tasting and receive the best attention.
The Staff
Our staff are elegant and discreet. An attentive presence that knows how to move delicately between the tables, offering its refined touch in service.
The guests can thus be carried away by the tasting experience, while the maitre d’, sommelier and two chefs de rang take care of every detail.
The attention to detail is reflected in individual gestures, even those seemingly simple as the service of water, which here becomes a moment to appreciate the glasses and carafes made of blown crystal which host natural or sparkling water. Or the tableside service (gueridon trolley) where some delicacies are portioned, composed and completed under the watch of the guest.
